Safeguarding concerns
Friendly Faces is committed to protecting clients from abuse, neglect and harm.
Safeguarding concerns should be reported to Friendly Faces management or our Safeguarding Leads:

Where appropriate, concerns may also be reported directly to the relevant local authority safeguarding team.

Complaints
Clients, families, representatives and professionals can make a complaint by contacting Friendly Faces management:

All complaints will be recorded, reviewed and responded to appropriately. Where a complaint cannot be resolved directly with Friendly Faces, it may be referred to the relevant local authority or commissioning body. Council-funded adult social care complaints may also be referred to the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman once the relevant complaints process has been completed.
Whistleblowing and speaking up
Support Providers are encouraged to raise genuine concerns about unsafe practice, misconduct, wrongdoing or risks to clients.
Concerns can be raised with Friendly Faces management or a Safeguarding Lead using the contact details above.
Where it is not appropriate or safe to raise the matter internally, concerns may be raised with the relevant:

Anyone raising a genuine concern honestly and in good faith will be treated fairly and sensitively.
